Welcome to Hippo's Dream Boerdery website.In June 2009 we (my wife and I) started a snall farming enterprise as a start to become independant and self sufficient so as to retire to the small holding in 4-6 years time (some 22 hectares in extent) and sustain ourselves using our produce for income and our monthly pension payments to keep things going.
We are regularly Selling: eggs, rabbits, beef cows, herbs, garlic, horse radish, geese, ducks, chickens.
We are regularly Buying: chiken feed, rabbit feed, building materials, fencing, egg packaging, irrigation equipment, giant garlic cloves, garden implements.
